Overview

Permanent business administrator required with an immediate start Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 37.5 hours a week Based in WGC Responsibilities; ·Would be the first point of call for logging and assigning IT hardware and software faults ·Managing and preparation of all IT documentation required for user accounts as well as new starters/leavers ·Co ordination of IT team and maintaining documentation ·Source and ordering of IT equipment ·Help maintain asset lists of all equipment including lifecycle management for HP laptop, desktop, server and IOS ·Interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, consultants and corporate IT team ·Upholding and adhering to the network security policies ·Maintain GDPR database ·Manage scheduled events To be successful in this role; · Excellent customer service · Good telephone manner · Experience dealing with engineers · Purchase order numbers · Invoices · Team player as well as being able to work alone · Manage expenses · Confident with help desk · Be able to effectively manage stakeholders · Able to use MS office and be IT literate · Have great organizational skills · Be professional and polite · Good record keeping, electronic and paper · Have excellent attention to detail
