Boston Hale are working with a leading healthcare organisation as they look to expand their workforce transformation programme by bringing in an Interim Project Manager to support Mental Health Transformation The postholder will play a key role in supporting the embedding focus on mental health and wellbeing across the Transformation Programme workstreams and to support the delivery of the Long-Term Plan commitment to implement Mental Health services across the NHS The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of this exciting programme of work and will be working alongside the Programme Director to change the way in which care is delivered You will be actively supporting the development of new teams and pathways, ensuring the appropriate processes and structures are in place to enable this new service. You will be a strong communicator, bringing together a range of stakeholders and service users to share best practice and scale up the work across the system piece Previous experience of working in transformation teams within the NHS is essential and the ideal candidate will have delivered mental health projects in a commissioning environment If you have the required knowledge and experience, please submit your CV to Boston Hale
