IT Support Analyst - Up to £21k - Edinburgh Your new company Your new company is a very well known and respected Managed Services Provider based in Edinburgh. Due to ongoing business success and client wins they are now looking for additional head count in their first line support team. Your new role Your new role will be to sit on the first line / second line as a support analyst. You will be responsible for taking calls remotely from our clients plush offices based in the centre of Edinburgh. Issues in this busy environment can range from basic networking issues, AD account requests, Office 365 and much more. What you'll need to succeed You will firstly need an attitude where you are willing to learn and embrace change. It is also essential that you are comfortable in a pressurised environment where you might be up against it at times. It is also great if you come from a background where you have supported the following technologies: Windows 7 - 10 Active Directory, Exchange Windows Server Office 365 What you'll get in return You will get an opportunity to join a very successful team where collaboration is encouraged.
