Overview

SystmOne Receptionist (Full Time) up to £9.25ph DOE Hounslow We are looking for a full-time Receptionist who has a minimum of 2 years experience using SystmOne in a GP Environment. You must be willing to take on additional tasks within the surgery including coding, admin and secretarial work. It is essential that you have high standards of written and verbal English as well as an excellent phone manner. You must also be able to demonstrate intangible skills such as Patience and common sense. It would also be helpful if you have an understanding of how a GP practice works from a management perspective. Shifts will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm and you can choose to do a 37.5 or 40 hour week. You must also be willing to work 1 Saturday morning a month (maximum) The interview process will consist of a telephone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a trial (including a SystmOne test).
