Overview
Site Manager/Construction Manager Initial 3 Month contract £250 per day £50,000 plus per annum D.O.E Liverpool Site Manager/Construction manager needed for a Structural Steel Project beginning in April in Liverpool. The successful site manager will have the experience of overseeing structural steel projects right the way through to handover stage. My client will then be offering a permanent position for the successful Site Manager with various projects beginning in the next few months. Accreditations/Qualifications needed: NEBOSH IOSH SMSTS CSCS Black preferred Previously and appointed person advantageous Structural Steel project experience an essential Requirements: • The ability to co-ordinate and manage the steel erection activities on a construction site • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues, clients and contractors at all levels • Proven problem-solving skills • Knowledge of current Health & Safety Requirements for site-based construction projects Controlling (and managing if required) any sub-contract trades working on the project on-site If you are interested in this position or alternatively know of a person who would be, get in touch via /
