Site Manager - New Build / Steel Frame / Retail Units Your new role You will be working for a very well established full turn key shopfitting and construction contractor based in Liverpool. Your new job will be acting as No1 Site Manager across various different sites in the North West including North Wales. You will be constructing new build steel frame retails units from start to handover, including the fit out of each shop internally. You will be responsible for the whole site, making sure that programme is met and on budget whilst H&S is adhered to. You will liaise between Operations Managers, Contractors, Clients, Architects . Depending on the size of the job you may have an Assistant to oversee and develop. You must be flexible with working away, albeit the majority of their projects are in the North West, the company is now branching out further to North Wales, Crewe and further afield so there may be times where you would need to stay in digs.
