Freelance Senior Site Manager Your new company Your new job will be working on a freelance basis for a Tier 1 Contractor who have a number of live sites in the North West. These sites are deemed 'Key Sites' as they are working on NHS / Education / Higher Education / Healthcare properties that must remain open and works continued. Your new role Your new job will be acting as a Senior Site Manager on site. You will be responsible for the continuation of works so that programme is running as smoothly as possible whilst strict H&S measures are met on site. You will be responsible for a number of Site Managers and Contractors on site, albeit work is at a minimum on each site due to strict social distancing measures which must be adhered to. Job values range from £1 million - £50 million and are mix of refurbishment to new build.
