Site Manager Competitive salary Liverpool My client is a global national contractor developer, that are in the market for a site manager to work on a large-scale exciting waterfront project. The site manager will be working on the 90million design and build project. You will have excellent man management skills in running large site teams. The project is a part of skyline changing set of developments. These apartments will be high end build to rent apartments. The site manager they are looking for will have experience in delivering high rise, apartment design and builds ideally up to £20million As a business my client work on a variety of schemes, from new build airport and infrastructure a lot of mix use schemes too, offering a wide scope of works following this project. A good variety of build background will also be considered. As an experienced site manager you will have delivered projects from inception through completion with experience of managing trades during the internal fit out process. The Site Manager will be responsible to ensure all health and safety on site is always adhered to . You will be working responsible for organising labour and sub-contractors on site. You will be highly motivated and organised individual that can work following programmes to time scales. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy growing contractor.
