Overview
Prospero are currently working with a provider of childrens care who are currently seeking a Deputy Manager for their service in The South of Wales. The deputy manager will have indepth knowledge around working with children who have Learning Difficulties, EBD and Challenging Behaviour difficulties. The deputy manager must have a good track record with OFSTED and/or Care Inspectorate Wales (if registered). They must be consistent in the support they provide to staff and children within the home and have a genuine passion for providing excellent care. The deputy manager will be a forward thinking and proactive individual that will be hands on whenever necessary.
