Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a company who are award winning within the Property sector who show no signs of slowly down. Responsibilities: Liaison with managers, accountants and support staff as necessary to provide an accurate and efficient service to clients Help guide, train and assist the Finance team Dealing with preparation of year ends Preparing draft budgets and to ensure budgets are authorised Sending reports/Statements to clients and leaseholders as well as contractors if required Carry out Payment run on a weekly basis Undertake Bank Recs for all Sub accounts including solving queries and movements/adjustments Finalising Service Charge accounts and signing off
