Customer Service Executive Our client are a leader in their market and due to the amazing year they have had, they are looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to support their customers This company are known for the offer of career development, training and amazing benefits package The Role; To work in a warm and friendly environment Answer and handle calls Respond to customer emails Resolving queries were possible and or passing to other senior members of the team Skills; A minimum of 6 months customer service/call centre experience is essential for this position Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Computer Literate Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
