Finance Administrator Maternity cover 1 year Beech Hill, Reading, Berkshire 12 months, part-time 24 hours per week Position to start 2nd April 2019 Jigsaw Creative Care are looking for an ambitious, motivated, experienced and reliable Finance Administrator to join their friendly Finance Team in Beech Hill, Reading. The Finance Administrator will support the Finance & Payroll Administrator and Finance & Payroll Manager in the day to day tasks of finance and payroll; supporting the team to meet deadlines. We use Xero as our account package (full training can be provided for Xero). Working days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm. Due to the location of our office, it is recommended that applicants can drive and have their own vehicle (as we are not on a bus route). Xero Bank reconciliations Xero Credit card reconciliations Payroll data input Purchase Ledger processing of purchase orders, invoices and payments Month end reconciliations for various bank accounts Participating in projects with the team Overseeing cash books Finance Inductions with the Team Leader or Manager Data input in Xero Ordering office stationary Payroll queries (training will be provided) Processing decision documents (training will be provided) Other duties to support the Administrator and Manager Petty cash control About you Good working knowledge of office procedures Finance administration experience Competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel Understand the importance of team work and knowledge sharing Methodical with good attention to detail Able to perform data input with accuracy Great eye for detail Good organisational skills Friendly, and calm Good general office administration skills Experience of using accounting software What you'll get A competitive salary dependent on capability and experience.
