Our client is a highly regarded US law firm looking to expand in London with the addition of a Corporate Partner/Team. The firm acts for clients across the globe in sectors such as telecommunications, trading and distribution, banking and financial services, energy, commodities, natural resources, transportation, technology and e-commerce, manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, agricultural products, media and entertainment. This opportunity will be of interest to a high quality and experienced partner with a broad practice to include mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public offerings, venture capital and private equity, fund formation, joint ventures, infrastructure projects and debt finance. In order to be considered you will need a minimum book of £500k. The firm as a whole has a high staff retention rate, acts for some extremely high-profile clients on a global basis and can offer a great opportunity to develop your career.
