Property Manager - Greenwich, SE10 A successful Lettings and Property Management firm is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join them at their office in Greenwich, SE10 The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Management of a rental property portfolio (around 100 properties) Liaison with landlords, tenants, third party contractors and professional advisors Liaison with lettings negotiators across the Group’s branch network Tenancy set-ups Arrangement of works Property inspections and reporting Negotiation of renewal terms Tenancy deposit returns Recovery of rent arrears Service of notices, S21 and S8 The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role as the successful It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy It is essential to be organised and well presented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful. Professional qualifications would be an advantage Be able to manage their own workload Full valid driving licence is essential.
