Resourcer- healthcare senior level permanent placement. £20,000 - 30,000 basic salary commission per candidate placed of up to £350. As a leader in their field, this company have a number of exclusive supply contracts and projects and have also won national awards for their work within permanent healthcare recruitment, focusing on the placement of GPs, opticians and Allied Health professionals. With a strong growth track record and a high level of profitability, the Resourcer will work with the full consultancy team, sourcing for their live requirements, with a strong element of headhunting to the role. You will take your assignments from consultant brief through to shortlist and your daily activities will cover advert writing and response, management of LinkedIn activity including sending headhunt in mails and also using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify prospect candidates, daily headhunt calls and name identification calls and candidate lead generation. This role requires 1 year experience of working within permanent recruitment, this could be as a Resourcer or Researcher or as a Recruitment Consultant. You must be able to evidence your ability to speak with senior level professionals and have a confident and professional manner allowing you to make headhunt calls to GPs and associated level candidates. Ideally applicants will have an exposure to mid to senior level healthcare placement, although we are open to your sector background, as long as it's within professional permanent placement. Our client are able to offer one of the best benefits packages available in the market plus up to £350 per candidate of yours who is placed. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and due to this company being based out of the city centre you will be given an onsite parking spot. There is also a train station nearby.
