Overview
Interesting and rewarding role with flexibility We are looking to recruit a Candidate Resourcer internally to work as part of our Leeds Branch. This role would suit an education professional able to understand the sector and to sell the benefits of working in education or someone with drive, excellent people skills who enjoys being proactive. The role:- To Maximise candidate applications from education professionals through a variety of methods to include:- Creating eye catching, stand-out adverts and marketing. Attending universities and job fairs. Sourcing candidates from jobs boards Contacting potential candidates to pre-screen and book in for interview/registration In house and off-site registrations Some evening and weekend work Working between home, office and external meeting venues The ideal candidate:- Professional Excellent people skills Ability to sell the advantages of working for PR Admin experience Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to think outside the box and be creative IT/System experience Good time management Driving licence or transport as some work will be in Bradford In return we offer:- An exciting, energetic place to work Flexibility, if you are not looking for a permanent role or a full time role To be part of our excellent team Attractive rewards package Negotiable salary Opportunities for progression
