Candidate Resourcer Account Manager Executive Search Headhunter Experience Required Recruitment Temps/Perms/Contract/Interim any sector considered .High volume recruitment would be an advantage as this is a busy role with lots of vacancies and roles to fill . A background in Engineering, Automotive Construction Housing,Civil Engineering,Shopfitting,Water,Pharma,Rail ,Power/Energy would be great either white or blue collar . You will still enjoy working within a busy recruitment team but be less focussed on the client side and your own fee generation . You may also be an account manager who loves resourcing and being the first point of contact for the client but would like to move into a professional recruitment /niche market and specialise . As a candidate resourcer /account manager you will be responsible for candidate attraction and resourcing in a specialist market .You will have the support of an experienced high profile recruiters and you will all work together as a team .
