Your new role As a Senior Housing Officer, you will be based out of the Ladywood office mostly covering the immediate area. You will be responsible for attending Council owned properties in relation to tenancy issues and anti-social behaviour. This will involve meeting with residents and reporting back and findings and recommendations. What you'll need to succeed As a Senior Housing Officer, you will have experience of working within tenancy and be able to work from the Ladywood office. A driver would be beneficial, however not essential.
