Fantastic opportunity for a permanent Deputy Care Home Manager (RGN/RMN) in the Merthyr area | circa £39,000 Your new company Hays Social Care are delighted to be working alongside an extremely exciting and forward thinking provider of residential care near Merthyr. With a recent outstanding refurbishment and excellent reports from the Care Inspectorate Wales, this 50 bed home is extremely settled and well equipped to provide the very highest levels of care possible. There is a fantastic team of senior managers and directors that will support you in everything that you do and encourage you to really reach your full potential with future development and progression. If you are a deputy manager/clinical lead looking for a new role, this is for you Your new role As the deputy manager, you will use your excellent knowledge and experience to work alongside the Care Home Manager to ensure the successful running of the home. You will be required to deputise in absence of the manager and take full responsibility of the home during this time. Using your fantastic clinical knowledge of the NMC code of conduct, you will ensure the clinical aspect of the home is to the very highest standards. You will act as a mentor to your staffing team and successfully mange a high performing team of nurses and care assistants.
