Overview
Whurk Recruitment was born in 2013, in the North East, we have experienced organic growth in the last 7 years and in 2019 we opened an office in Exeter. We have a newly created role for an experienced consultant who thrives on the pace and challenges that managing a temps desk can bring. With an evolving footprint here in the South West, we have already had much success with local employers and this is an opportunity for you to support us on our next leg of growth. We are not your typical recruitment business, we are passionate about innovation, creativity and care a lot about the service we deliver. We are a sociable bunch and do not take ourselves too seriously, but our approach is professional and we deliver on our brand ethos. The role will see you spending a lot of time out and about meeting clients and candidates in this beautiful part of the world. You will gather and promote vacancies, carry out new starter inductions and manage a pool of workers.We are looking to engage with recruiters that have a minimum of 2 years industry experience. This is suited to an individual that is ideas driven and goes beyond to deliver a super brilliant service. The role is full time working Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5pm and finishing around 4pm on a Friday. We offer flexible working scenarios and even allow you to take holidays There is an exceptional commission scheme in place, for those that are money motivated We do have an office dog, so we ask that you are happy to work in an office with a dog. This role is permanent and we have a desk ready for you to start right away.
