Overview

We are currently working with our client based in the South Manchester area for an experienced HR Manager working in a standalone role this is a new position within a growing company. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for the full generalist HR piece and will both the strategic and operational HR function within the business. This is a newly created HR Management role covering all areas including recruitment, L&D, reward and ER and would suit someone who is looking for a role in which you can make a difference within a business that has some fantastic expansion and development plans over the next 5 years. This is a great opportunity to be a HR Manager responsible for shaping and supporting in the operational design of the business going forward. Responsibilities include but not limited to Responsibility for the changing shape of the business and the future structural needs of the business Outlining policies and procedures and implementing these throughout the business Involvement in change management and the development of training materials to support in this growth Employee relations and management of the disciplinary, grievance process Onboarding and recruitment, and developing training materials and ensuring the continuous development of employees The person profile Previous HR Management experience Ability to work within a Changing environment and influence change within the business Ability to Create and develop a diverse workforce as well as being able to influence a culture that embraces Inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork Desire to work within a highly pressured environment and ability to influence and implement change INDHRRN 963279GO
