IFA Practice Manager - Operations - Financial Services - London - Highly Competitive Package & Benefits An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly successful Wealth Management firm. You will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice which has a 20 year track record. The Practice has been growing at an extremely fast pace, with numerous high net worth clients and has more than doubled their funds under management within the last 5 years. My client is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. Funds under management in excess of £90bn. The Role - Practice Manager As Practice Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the Practice on a daily basis. This would include the following: 1. Client Management, Communication & Servicing 2. Diary & Task Management 3. Facilitate the processing of all business through SJP systems 4. Administrative Duties 5. Report & letter writing Providing outstanding client service will be of utmost importance to you. There is scope for this role to progress within the business and individual motivation will be highly rewarded. The Person – Practice Manager Someone who thrives to succeed, is highly motivated and enjoys working under pressure rising to the challenge. Organisation, multi-tasking and excellent communication skills are required for this role. You will have a track record as a Manager, in an operational office, within a fast paced environment. Experience within the Financial Services Sector is required. You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business and enjoy working as part of a team, as well as on your own. You will need to demonstrate that you are a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. As part of your letter and report writing duties, you will need to show attention to detail and good use of grammar. Preference will be given to those who are numerate, have knowledgeable within the financial services sector and are IT proficient. Demonstrated proven longevity in previous positions and be able to provide details for references.
