A fascinating opportunity has arisen for an ACA/ACCA qualified Senior Accountant to join a successful and expanding 15 Partner Accountancy Practice in the heart of London. Their achievements have been recently awarded by getting into Top 100 and landing into Top 70 ranking. The role has been created due to the expansion of the client’s portfolio into industries such as media and entertainment, property, pharmaceutical and healthcare. This opportunity will involve accounts preparation for the clients with turnovers of up to around 40 million together with tax planning and tax advisory, where you will have direct contact with the clients and play a crucial part in their business. They will also provide ATT/CTA study support for the right candidate. Main duties: Preparing Year End Accounts for the clients with turnovers of up to £40 million Reviewing financial statements and management accounts Computation of Corporation Tax, Income Tax and PAYE Direct contact with the clients including assisting Partners in clients’ meetings Supporting and guiding junior members of the team Role split: 50% Accounts and 50% Tax Requirements: ACA/ACCA Qualified ideally Minimum 2 years of Accounts Preparation experience Working knowledge of CCH or Caseware as well as Xero and Sage 50 are desirable Experience in tax planning Benefits: Long term career progression opportunities within Top 70 firm ATT/CTA study support Private Medical/Dental cover Yearly bonus of up to 10% Accounts and Tax Senior £42,000 - £48,000 per annum Farringdon, London
