This international law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its prestigious restructuring team based in London. The position covers all sorts of restructuring matters, including reviewing different types of debt instruments and advising the relevant parties on their rights following default, pre-packaged administration sales of shares or businesses, company voluntary arrangements, and cross-border restructurings or insolvencies. This is a great opportunity to join a global law firm with a strong City practice. Career progression, technical training and development, together with an excellent remuneration package is on offer. The successful candidate will have between 3-6 PQE gained at a well-regarded restructuring practice. Strong academics and experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents and agreements in a private practice environment are essential.
