Overview
Our client is one of the leading providers of legal services to the health, social care and housing sectors, as well as in the field of professional discipline. They are looking to recruit a Housing Litigation Solicitor, minimum 3 years PQE, with experience of leasehold or service charge disputes as well as the ability to advise on non-contentious issues relating to leasehold management and enfranchisement issues. The successful candidate will be someone who can work closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in housing management work and be a recognised specialist in Leasehold.
