Job Title: German-speaking International Recruiter Location: City of London Salary: up to £25-35,000 base 40k OTE (Depending on experience) Status: Permanent, Full-time Language Skills: German The Company Are you looking to build or expand your career within tech recruitment? Our client is a major global Telecommunication and IT Resources Recruitment Company. They are looking for a bi-lingual German-speaking International Recruiter to join their team (they would consider both entry-level and experienced individuals as long as you are ambitious and have a desire to work in sales/recruitment). Responsibilities Utilise various search engines and CRM's to search for candidates Screen potential candidates while assessing their suitability and underlying motivations to a role Present a case of the benefits of prospective candidates to an account manager Presenting to Directors, demonstrating knowledge of designated skill sets, environments and how and where to find candidates Working with management companies and ensure consultants are engaged compliantly vis a vis local country Immigration and Taxation requirements Requirement Fluent in English and German Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred. Ambitious, positive, and a 'can-do' attitude The desire to achieve and succeed within a KPI and target culture.
