Overview
Main Responsibilities Managing a wide variety of bookkeeping and accounts tasks Processing purchase Ledger Sales ledgers process Assist Quarterly VAT returns Dealing with clients Suppliers pay related queries Bank reconciliations Process up to trial balance levels Assist Monthly management accounts Other ad-hoc duties as required as per line Manager IT skills Key Skills and Experience: A minimum of 2 years finance/bookkeeping Knowledge of profit plus software will be an advantage Proven levels of accuracy Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook skills Ability to work both unsupervised Highly organised, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload Ability to work as a key team player Good communication skills both verbal and written Company Benefits Hours 36.25 per week, starting at 8.45-5pm, with 1-hour lunch Holiday 22 days rising to 25 days after 5 years Pension Private medical insurance Quarterly bonus when target achieved
