Overview

My client based in the centre of Cardiff is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in South Wales. Due to continued growth and investment, they have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer (Mac) to join their team. As a Technical Support Engineer you will need to understand the Mac Desktop, networking, automation, and be able to work with other employees to resolve issues & questions and collaborate with other teams to debug issues as required. Your responsibilities will include: •Provide 1st and 2nd line support for internal desktop & laptop queries •Support Mac-based environment via JAMF management suite •Support Mac OS laptops •Support 1st line Network incidents, Network requests, configuration tasks across all offices •Support the Voice/Phone infrastructure across all offices •Support GSuite Administration •Support MS Office Apps •Support SSO integration •Support Atlassian management suite None of these on their own are a must-have to apply for the role, but it would be useful to share with us any knowledge or experience that you have in these areas.
