Sales Executive / Solution Sales - Telecom / Software / Technical Our client is one of the largest distributors and resellers of Fixed Line, Telecommunication, Software, Mitel Equipment, Services and Switches in the UK in addition to being platinum partners with multiple vendors and have recently had huge investment to grow their sales force due to success. This role will be new business focused with clear routes to progress. Onecom have a culture that reward hard-working successful applicants and encourage internal promotions across all their offices. The commission is 100% achievable and uncapped - Our client is competitively placed within the market ensure they can not only win new customers but also out-quote competitors in addition to providing a more sustainable, reliable and efficient cost-effective solution. This role will be a mixture of the full product portfolio from fixed line, solutions, switches, mobiles, comms, networks, internet including hardware and software. Our client has a fantastic reputation in the industry for quality of product, solution and after care services. This role is more than just hitting the phones and will give you the chance to progress within the business into field sales, key account management and business development over time exposing you to a wide range of unified communications. We do not require Industry Applicants and we will consider all B2B Sales backgrounds providing you have the desire to succeed, ability to learn and develop and are not afraid of knocking-down doors. 1-2 years minimum B2B Sales Ideally solution selling experience Commutable to the Cardiff or Whitley Area Able to negotiate and provide solutions Adaptable, reliable and committed Ideally educated to A-Level or equivalent Passion for sales and achieving A Career driven mentality Looking to progress not just take on a new job Team player as well as self-starter This role will pay between 18-22k starting salary with an array of benefits, pension, progression and amazing OTE up to £65,000 in your first year uncapped.
