Overview

We are seeking a technical consultant with strong business analysis skills, you will be required to consult with our client base to implement a range of technical solutions within risk. The technical solutions consultant is responsible for the implementation of Risk products via all delivery channels (e.g., XML, Web Services, hosted web application, hosted IVR) for clients across all Risk verticals as well as providing third-level escalation support to create, sustain, and enhance client-generated revenue. These activities may include providing technical and business process-related consulting services directly to clients, specific support for, and liaison with the following: sales, product, and support teams; other relevant internal staff; and post-production transition support. Accountabilities: Provides technical integration and consulting services directly to external clients, sales teams, and other support staff for financial services, collections, healthcare, government, law enforcement and insurance verticals for business services’ products. Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples with clients in order to advance implementation completion. Conduct analysis and apply problem-solving skills to determine root cause of issues. Collaborate with, engage and escalate to appropriate resources when necessary to get issues addressed. Own correspondence with Sales and client until issue is resolved. Provides installation, implementation and configuration support, while keeping implementation project plans up-to-date. Communicates technical terms to internal and external clients of varying levels of technical understanding. Skills and experience required; Technical consulting background / strong client facing skills. Travel: Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Consultative Ability: Advanced-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and to explore options, to demonstrate and to effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs. Client Service Orientation: Advanced-level ability to use data quality concepts and tools to effectively resolve client issues, while valuing client needs as high priority. Industry Experience: 5-9 years of industry experience. Innovation: Strong affinity to try new methods and new approaches to problem-solving. Leadership: Strong ability to effectively set direction, aligns constituencies, and motivates others. Planning & Organization: Advanced organizational and project management skills. Presentation Skills & Communication: Advanced oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Advanced Level ability to deliver client presentations and performance analysis. Problem Solving & Judgment: Advanced-level analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to understand and think analytically about complex business problems.
