Check out this brilliant opportunity below for a Facilities Assistant to join our Concierge Crew About the role We go the extra mile for all of our visitors and CP team, so you’ll have an eye for detail and look out for opportunities to really WOW everybody you encounter Whether you’re running out to visitors cars with an umbrella to walk them in, to booking their taxi’s or helping them to find a quiet place to work before their meeting - our client experience is at the forefront of our culture. Day to day you'll be going the extra mile to really "WOW" our visitors as well as providing administration support. This could be anything from: Meeting and greeting visitors spotting opportunities to leave a lasting impression Taking ownership of our internal room bookings in Outlook Opening and distributing our incoming post Providing scanning support to the wider business Archiving of any files required Making sure our space is organised, neat and fully stocked You’ll also need to be hot on your admin skills - as our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our internal meeting room bookings being savvy in Outlook will certainly help Other elements will involve opening and distributing our incoming post, providing scanning support to the wider business, franking outgoing mail, ensuring our printers and photocopiers are always stocked up and ticking along, to ordering all sorts of stock online - from our stationery to our food shop and general supplies. T his role is diverse and fast paced. Nothing will be too much trouble and you’ll thrive being up on your feet and getting stuck in What we're looking for If you’re a 'doer’ who is keen to get stuck into a totally varied workload, then this role could be for you You’ll be an awesome organiser who can think independently and prioritise multiple tasks to manage your time effectively. Positivity is key - you’ll need a can-do attitude and want to be part of our funky Facilities team who keep our fantastic building running like clockwork. We also embrace 'ideas’ and love hearing new input on how we can improve. As a truly client-facing role, we’re looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic person who has a natural enjoyment for giving our visitors and CP team a friendly, chatty and most importantly, a 'wow’ experience. The role would be perfect if you love being up on your feet, getting involved in all areas of our building. Our clients and CP team love a friendly and helpful face so knowing the fundamentals of exceptional customer service, as well as having a willingness to go above and beyond is a must.
