Overview
My client are a specialist travel coordinator who provide solutions to the medical insurance market. Due to company expansion they are now recruiting for two customer service advisors to join the team on a permanent basis. This an exciting role where no day will be the same. Duties include: - Responding to emergency travel arrangements on behalf of insurance company by telephone and email - Investigating and researching the problem in order to provide an effective solution - Booking and coordinating reservations on Amadeus GDS on behalf of injured persons overseas Person Specification: In order to be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate both written and verbally. You be able to prioritise tasks and be familiar with working in a high pressured environment ensuring company targets are achieved within agreed timescales. This is a customer focused role where you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service at all times. Previous experience within the travel industry is desirable however full training will be provided for the right individual. What’s in it for you?
