A leading Legal 500 firm requires a Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 yrs PQE specialising in corporate work to join this leading team. The role will include corporate work dealing with abroad range of corporate matters including M&A, private company fundraisings, group restructurings and joint ventures; Drafting and negotiating agreements and documents including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and private financing documents. This role offers exposure to international clients in a variety of industries, consumer and natural resources.
