Overview

Major international City law firm, which has a strong reputation for its corporate practice and is enjoying a period of sustained growth, is now looking to recruit an additional Corporate Associate, preferably with at least 2PQE, to do a broad range of corporate work including, in particular, M&A (both private and public) as well as ECM, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. Associates are not required to focus on one area of corporate if they prefer to keep a broad practice, and have the opportunity to take on as much responsibility as they can handle within a supportive, collegiate, yet dynamic environment. An exciting time to join this flourishing and cohesively managed team, which has a strong associate training and development and mentoring programme.
