Overview
Technical Lead Manchester City Centre £65,000 A market leader organisation in the heart of Manchester is searching for a Technical Lead to join them on their new digital transformation which includes growing the development team, advising on the migration of 3 separate organisations and help them re-platforming their entire IT estate. Alongside managing your own squad of developers, you will also be hands on responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables. Your main responsabilities will include: Leading of the development and implementation of the organisation's digital assets, from an on-line trading platform perspective, including the technical delivery of lead / journey tracking components and systems (e.g. Google Analytics Tagging etc.) Working alongside senior stakeholders to ensure the technology strategy aligns with their needs, and to collaborate on new initiatives, as well as ensuring the current platforms is performing optimally. Ensure all digital / application development platforms are robust and secure, with source code protected at all times. All development code must be reviewed / tested for known vulnerabilities, before being deployed into production. You will get involved in the introduction of robust / modern software development lifecycle toolsets and methods of delivery, as well as test automation, where by the business can move to a "Continuous Delivery" approach. You will work with main stakeholders of the Technology & Change leadership team to define and agree new strategies.
