Overview
A large food manufacturer are looking to recruit a Customer Supply Chain Manager to over see and support the supply chain and customer service team. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and accurate order processing. In addition to dealing with any customer complaints. You will come from a supply chain background with experience dealing with customers on a daily basis. Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, St Neots, Cambridge, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire Salary: £ 35,000 to £ 40,000 plus Overtime, Pension, Cash plan Medical & holidays The Role Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will be responsible for managing the processing of all sales order and using the internal ERP system and EDI orders. Implementing and monitoring performance related KPI's and structure of the department. As the Customer Supply Chain Manager you'll ensure all procedures in regards to exportation are maintained. Maintaining standards and adhering to BRC requirements. Working closely with 3PL companies and allocation of stock. Dealing with any customers complaints and maintaining a high customer service levels. Managing and supporting the team. Setting objective and progression plans. The Person As the Customer Supply Chain Manager you'll have a strong background working in a similar role. Experienced with managing and updating ERP & MRP Systems. Strong understanding of food hygiene, BRC and HACCP standards. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to report issues effectively.
