Customer Service - French Speaker Allstaff Recruitment have the pleasure of recruiting an experienced Customer Service Account Holder, who is fluent in French to join a friendly team within a busy company in Bedford. As a Customer Service Account Holder you will play a substantial role providing excellent customer service and support to the sales team, existing and new clients. This position is offered on a permanent, full time basis (37.5 hours) with a salary of £21,000 per annum. The role As a Customer Service Account Holder your role will involve the following important duties: • Deliver the highest standard of customer service to global clients • Processing Sales Orders • Manage customers’ deliveries and time restraints • Managing customers issues and implementing preventative actions The experience required… Our client are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and detailed person to join their team in this new position. You will be fluent in French and a strong team player with at least one year’s experience in a customer service or an internal account manager role. The candidate must possess great written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently and within a great team.
