Overview
We are recruiting for temporary Part Time Customer Service Administrators for our Bedford based client, this is a temporary opportunity for6 weeks possibly longer You must be available to start work on Wednesday 11th March or Monday 16th March . Interviews will take place on Monday 9th,Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th March. You must be available for work between the hours of 9am - 3pm but be available from 9am - 5pm for the first 4 days whilst training. The hourly rate for this role is £10.91 per hour plus holiday pay which is equivalent to £11.82 per hour. You will receive full training for this role, training will last for a minimum of 4 days, t he organisation would request that you do not take time off during the first 10 days of the assignment. You will be responsible for checking the eligibility of applicants who are proposing to buy their own homes and require the government loan for a deposit. You will be required to process documents onto different systems, this entails checking documents and typing details into the system. Accuracy of processing documents, strong IT skills are a must, Outlook, Word, Excel (must be intermediate level), using electronic filing. Meeting targets and KPIs. They are a target driven business and need candidates to be ready to take on the challenge of meeting KPIs. Successful applicants will be invited to attend a 15 minute face to face interview with our client before being offered the role. You will also be required to take and pay £31.34 for a basic DBS check (we are able to offer you a payment scheme). You must be able to provide references for the past 5 years. Please be aware that there isn't parking available at our clients premises but there is free parking around the area.
