CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - HOMECHARGE SPECIALISTS Electric Vehicles are our future and we are working with the UK’s leading supplier in electric car charging. Trusted and accountable, they offer the best quality products with an end-to-end service. However, this is only the start of their story and they need more people with energy and passion to join their team and watch as they expand in this interesting growth industry that will be paramount to the future of the car industry. As a result of expansion they are moving into a brand new purpose built center in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes. This has created 4 new roles in the Homecharge Team. You will work with the customers who have signed up for a home charge unit. This will involve ensuring they have everything they need in order to ensure the installation of the unit is successful. You will have strong attention to detail and be used to working with complex forms and processes and you will work with a case load of around 80-100 applications in any one time – so you will also enjoy being busy There is a shift pattern of 8 working hours per day and 40 hours per week to cover time between 8am - 7pm with being able to work 1 Saturday in 4. You will have a rota 4 weeks in advance and so you will know what you are working in order to be able to plan your life around this. There is also flexibility in order to swap shifts should you need to.
