Overview
1st/2nd Line Support Analyst 2-3 week contract initially Our client who are a leading organisation are currently looking for an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join the team on an initial 2-3 week contract based in Crawley. This role requires a candidate with strong support experience as well as a positive, can-do attitude. Skills required: Understanding of Intel based PC's Printers and peripherals Knowledge of Microsoft desktop office applications Exposure to MS Windows server Understanding of Microsoft Exchange E-mail and Office 365 Knowledge of Windows 7/W10 Operating systems 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
