Overview
Permanent Customer Service Advisors Do you love speaking to customers? Are you motivated by making life easier for others? If the answer is yes then we would love to hear from you We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Ardrossan to join their fast growing contact centre. You would be working on behalf of a number of well known blue chip clients providing an excellent level of customer service. You would be speaking to customers over the phone assisting them resolve any financial concerns. Your role will be to talk with customers, understand their circumstances and agree the best repayment solution for them. The focus will be on having quality conversations with callers. Our rapidly growing contact centre is keen to expand our team with experienced customer service experts.
