Learning Disability Support Worker - Norwood Location: Reading, Berkshire Length: Full-time, temporary or part-time Sugarman Group Solutions has a great opportunity available to work as a Learning Disabilities Support Worker in Berkshire. Sugarman Group Solutions and Norwood are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and committed Learning Disability Support Workers to work within this expanding support work service. This role is available on a full and part time basis. As a Learning disability support worker you will support our client in supported accommodation and residential setting. Within this role, you will be working with clients who have a range of learning disability, dementia, cerebral palsy, challenging behaviour and autism. Whilst working at Norwood via Sugarman Group Solutions, you will receive regular supervision and training. Learning Disability Support Worker If you are dynamic and want to help people to get the most out of life then you will find this position very rewarding and fulfilling. Hold a positive attitude, attention to detail, are punctual and have a genuine interest in care. Autism experience preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience may be considered. Be able to demonstrate high standards in oral communication. Minimum six months of paid work experience in the UK.
