Overview
My client is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join the business on a temporary basis for 4 months. Responsibilities: To develop effective strong partnering relationships with key business partners Drive recruitment to attract, develop and retain talent and build a pipeline Working closely with the HR team Identifying and setting up new channels for attracting candidates Work closely with Hiring Managers on a daily basis Identify channels to directly source candidates through networking, head hunting or referrals Monitor candidate engagement throughout the selection process Advise, coach and support managers Communicate with external Recruitment suppliers on requirements, performance levels and improvements required, driving continuous improvement Make recommendations to improve the recruitment process Requirements: Ability to manage and deliver in a fast paced environment Strong background within Recruitment either Inhouse or Agency Confident influencing and communicating internally and externally Team player, receptive to ideas.
