INTERNAL RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR WEYBRIDGE Salary circa £30,000 Would suit someone looking for a temporary to permanent position About the In-House Recruiter / Coordinator role: An exciting opportunity providing an innovative, proactive, customer-focused and responsive recruitment coordinator service to the internal HR team, People Managers and both internal and external candidates. Key Responsibilities of the In-House Recruiter / Coordinator: Responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle To be an ambassador for both internally and externally Support the HR Business Partners and Resourcing Partner in managing recruitment activity, projects and processes locally, liaise with key stakeholders to discuss current vacancies and agree recruitment approach Manage and co-ordinate simultaneously a number of end to end recruitment processes across various departments Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates and requisitions using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Job posting - Prepare and publish creative job adverts and communications to attract the best applicants for the role Liaison with applicants ensuring a timely and professional response Maintain active vacancies on job boards and company website Monitor the level of applicant interaction of vacancies across multiple channel Management of the recruitment inbox On-going monitoring and analysis of resourcing spend Vs budget; Track recruitment and activity, producing regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processes Support with the maintenance and annual review of the Preferred Supplier List (PSL), vetting and enlisting new agencies as required, and terminating unsuccessful agency relationships Continually review company recruitment processes and strive to improve service levels to ensure they are effective and suggest process improvements as needed Work with the HR Operations to support new starter and onboarding processes and ensure HR records and organisation charts are kept up to date, assisting the wider HR Team with any other HR-related projects as necessary Staying aware of best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcing Ensuring Recruitment is seen as a Centre of Excellence within HR and the wider business Skills and requirements of the In-House Recruiter / Coordinator: Degree or higher-level education desirable Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a HR/Resourcing department; preferably within a professional environment or service industry Knowledge of the recruitment market and best practice Proficient in Microsoft Office - intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience of using HR/ATS systems advantageous, along with social media experience in a business setting Strong administration skills Excellent interpersonal communication both verbal and written Ability to build relationships at all levels Solid business and people acumen with excellent listening skills High integrity and ethics Exhibits sound judgment and attention to detail while balancing and delivering on a wide range of challenges and tasks Results driven and business focused Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Please note if you have not been contacted by Plum Personnel within seven days then unfortunately on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
