Overview
Service Delivery Manager - Data and Telecoms. Requirement for an organised and client focussed individual who has previous recruitment and account management experience who wishes to join a successful and growing company. Full time, permanent role Based near Weybridge, Surrey with parking £30k-£35k per annum basic Commission - divisional and negotiable, percentage of the GP Duties/Responsibilities: Management of the resourcers - ensuring all jobs are covered efficiently following agreed standards & processes Process owner of the end to end service delivery Ownership of Service Delivery reporting including month/quarter forecasting Overall responsibility of teams legal & internal compliance ensuring quality fulfilment Build relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients Advise best practice in relation to job orders and candidate care Upselling extra opportunities from client orders Negotiate with client and ensure the protection of fees and margins Strong conflict/issue resolution with candidates and clients Ensure client and candidate satisfaction and ensure to build and maintain effective working relationships Demonstrate a strong understanding of client terms and conditions Responsible for teams tactical planning - forecasting and predictions / job board management / resource management Work towards the continuous improvement of the delivery function Skills/Requirements: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Resourcing Manager or equivalent Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time Strong verbal and written communication skills Management experience Recruitment experience Relevant market sector experience Experience of a customer focused and sales role Demonstrable ability to develop business relationships Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
