Overview

Harper May is currently working with a multinational real estate business who are looking for a Head of FP&A to join their team based in the City of London. With the company's assets under management consistently growing they have recently ventured into European markets and Asian Markets. Responsibilities -Ownership of monthly forecast, annual budget, sales analysis and cash flow -Manage annual capital expenditure and provide investment appraisal for senior management -Prepare stakeholder and Group board presentations on European performance & UK Performance -Business partner with CFO and CEO to evaluate and meet plan and budget -Work with treasury team to ensure cash management in line with forecast Desired Skills -ACA/CIMA qualified -Real estate experience essential -International experience is beneficial
