Overview
My client, who are a long standing, incredibly successful market leading manufacturing company have an exciting role available for a Financial Accountant. The company is going from strength to strength, they have a new product range and plenty of projects for the successful candidate to get stuck into. Working closely with the Head of Finance, some of the duties and responsibilities will include: Lead on the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting across the group, including analytical review and commentary Support the company's key decision makers through delivering reliable and robust financial information with tight timescales Responsible for managing the day to day activities for the team Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations across the group taking responsibility for all accounts and balances Deliver KPI Reports Report on divisional performance Manage credit control and purchase ledger Process VAT and other statutory requirements Drive Accounting and Business Systems Improvement The Person: Ideally fully qualified Experience in a similar role Can challenge processes/mentor a team Dedicated and hardworking Ambitious
