Overview
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a well-established firm at a Manager position? This job opportunity is ideal for an accountant who has four or more years’ experience at an accountancy practice and wants to join a successful firm, on the outskirts of Chelmsford. The Role: Preparation of system reviews and quotations for consultancy services Providing a full review of management accounts, reports and VAT returns Mentoring more junior members of the team Some audit work would be necessary Visiting clients/prospect clients to demonstrate and discuss the benefits and to consider migration to the cloud Actively promoting cloud accounting for the firm - internally and externally The Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience using CCH for at least 2 years, or similar online accounting packages Experience using Sage 50 desktop, also an advantage At least 4 years’ experience in an accountancy firm Comfortable working with a number of partners and managers across the office/practice and traveling to other offices AAT/ACCA/ACA Qualified If you feel you would be suitable, please apply direct or contact Liam Snell at AJ Chambers.
