Job Description

The renal team at Broomfield Hospital are seeking a Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse Band 6) to provide leadership, management and nursing expertise to a team of health care professionals caring for a cohort of 40 home dialysis patients. The successful candidate will be trained in general nursing and have experience of managing patients with acute and chronic long term conditions. You will have full support and guidance from our dedicated Senior Nurses and Consultant Physicians. Training will be delivered in conjunction with active on the job working within the renal unit. Some ring fenced time for classroom learning will be employed and a committed senior nurse mentor will support your training and development. The renal home therapies department is operational from 8am -5pm Monday to Friday.
