Oncology Junior Service Manager
Overview
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Service Manager to support the General Manager/Operational Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the oncology service at Mid-Essex Hospital in Chelmsford. This will include ensuring that outpatient clinics are fully utilised, full validation of waiting lists and other data is carried out regularly and medical rotas are co-ordinated to meet the needs of the service. The post holder will lead on individual projects and participate in service improvements, including providing analysis on data and information and liaising with other staff across the directorate and wider Trust. The role includes managing the booking clerks and secretaries, ensuring that their workload is managed appropriately and completed to a high standard.
